I have a passion for creating stunning pieces of art that are both visually striking and emotionally impactful.

I was born in Dublin, Ireland, and from an early age, I showed a keen interest in the world of art. I spent countless hours drawing, painting, and sculpting. It became clear that art was more than just a hobby for me – it was a passion that would shape my life. I was deeply inspired by the great masters of sculpture, from Michelangelo to Rodin, and I spent countless hours studying their works and techniques. After completing my formal education, I decided to pursue a career in sculpture. I enrolled in a local art university and later trained as a marble stone-sculptor apprentice with the Nicoli sculptors in Carrara, Italy. 

After several decades, I transitioned from working with stone to recycled materials and have developed a unique style that blends classic techniques with modern sensibilities, resulting in sculptures that are both timeless and contemporary. I've had the privilege of exhibiting my work in prestigious galleries and museums, art festivals, solo exhibitions, and private collections, particularly across Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Germany, Switzerland, and the US. I've been honored to receive a number of awards and accolades for my work. My sculptures can be found in private collections and public spaces all around the world.

For me, sculpture is more than just a form of art – it's a way of communicating ideas and emotions. I strive to create works that are both beautiful and emotionally resonant, using a range of materials and techniques to bring my visions to life. My work often explores themes of human experience, from love and loss to joy and wonder. I'm always looking for ways to push the boundaries of my art and learn new techniques. I use a variety of materials in my sculptures - including steel, used bicycle tyres, used bicycle chains, and used guitar strings - and my work ranges in size from small, intimate pieces to large, public installations.

Whether I'm working on a small, intimate piece or a large, public installation, I'm always in awe of the power of sculpture to move and inspire people. I'm constantly inspired by the people who encounter my work and are moved by it. I hope that my work will continue to be a source of inspiration and beauty.
